What You Will Do
- Gather and ensure accuracy of all information related to the process of a payment transaction and agreements under payment
- Ensure all information is accurate, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction
- Working closely with finance and operations team to reconcile the data
What This Role Needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related area from a reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and people skills together with ability to work well independently
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Have basic knowledge on Excel functions
- Plan, organize work, and manage projects
