Full job description

What You Will Do

  • Gather and ensure accuracy of all information related to the process of a payment transaction and agreements under payment
  • Ensure all information is accurate, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction
  • Working closely with finance and operations team to reconcile the data

What This Role Needs

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related area from a reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and people skills together with ability to work well independently
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Have basic knowledge on Excel functions
  • Plan, organize work, and manage projects
